11mm 8.5g Vertical Fishing Float Wire Group Double Hook 3-Pack

This vertical fishing float wire group is a compact, lightweight option for anglers targeting hairtail and similar species. At 11mm and 8.5g, it is small enough for light tackle and can be used when fishing from a raft, boat, or shore. The wire group and double hook are supplied as part of the unit, so the hook arrangement stays fixed relative to the float. The plastic body is easy to wipe clean after a session. Each pack contains three floats, giving you spares or the option to set up more than one rig. This description is based only on the source information, so no line ratings, hook sizes, or colour details are included.

Features and Construction

The float is built around a plastic body with an integrated wire group and double hook. It is designed for fishing rafting and buoy use, where a fixed hook position and a small, light float are practical. The 11mm size and 8.5g weight place it in the light category. No additional construction details are stated in the source.

Material and Build

The body is made from plastic. This material keeps the float light and allows it to be rinsed or wiped after exposure to water. The wire group and double hook are part of the assembled item as described. There is no source information about coatings, internal weights, or corrosion treatments, so no claims are made about those aspects. The plastic body should be checked for cracks or looseness before each use.

Size and Practical Fit

The float measures 11mm and weighs 8.5g. These are the only measurements provided. It is a small, light float, which can suit light line and small hooks, but the source does not state a recommended line strength or hook size. Anglers should match it to their existing tackle based on its 8.5g weight. The 11mm size makes it easy to store in a small tackle box compartment.

Uses and Placement

This float is intended for fishing rafting and buoy use. It can be used when targeting hairtail, as the double hook wire group is part of the design. It is also suitable for other small fish where a fixed hook presentation is useful. The float is not described for any specific water depth or current speed, so those choices depend on the angler's own setup.

Event or Professional Use

For organised fishing trips or repeated professional use, the 3-pack allows several rigs to be prepared in advance. The wire group and double hook arrangement can save time compared with tying separate hook lengths. The plastic body can be wiped down between sessions. No commercial fishing certifications or load ratings are stated, so it should be used within normal light-tackle limits.

Everyday Home Use

For occasional home use or a casual fishing trip, the small 11mm size and 8.5g weight are easy to carry. The float can be stored in a compact tackle box. The 3-pack means you have spares if one is lost or damaged. The plastic construction is simple to clean with a damp cloth. No special storage conditions are required beyond keeping it dry and away from sharp objects.

Benefits and Buying Value

The main value comes from the combined float, wire group, and double hook in one unit, plus the 3-pack quantity. This reduces the need to assemble separate components for each rig. The plastic body is easy to maintain. Because no price, lifespan, or performance percentages are provided, the value is based on practicality and the stated pack size.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The plastic float can be rinsed and wiped after use, which helps keep it ready for the next session. The wire group and double hook should be checked for bends or rust before reuse. The source does not state a lifespan or number of uses, so no durability claims are made. With basic care, the float can be stored for future trips.
