Portable Small Dog Car Seat with Clip-On Safety Leash for Cars

This portable dog car seat is designed to give small pets a secure place while travelling in a car, SUV, or truck. It measures 40.6 x 33 x 28 cm (16 x 13 x 11 inches) and is recommended for dogs and cats up to 25 lbs. The seat can be placed on the front or back seat, and it includes a clip-on safety leash that hooks to the pet's collar to help prevent jumping out. The design also allows the seat to be used as a dog car bed, indoor dog bed, or shopping cart seat, making it a practical item for pet owners who want one product for multiple situations. The raised position helps pets look out of the window, and the house-like shape is intended to reduce anxiety during car rides. Colour options are orange, grey, and black, and the package includes one kennel.

Features and Construction

The seat combines a lightweight MDF board base with a fleece lining and a cloth cover. It uses a safety buckle, adjustable hang webbing, and a seat belt buckle to fasten it in place. The collapsible design allows it to be removed and stored when not in use. These features are aimed at keeping the pet secure and making the seat easy to set up and put away.

Material and Build

The base is made from sturdy and lightweight MDF board, which provides stability and helps prevent the seat from collapsing. The fleece lining gives pets a soft surface to sit on, and the outer material is cloth. The seat is available in orange, grey, and black. The combination of MDF board and fleece is intended to support the pet while keeping the overall seat manageable to move between vehicles or into the home.

Size and Practical Fit

The seat measures 40.6 x 33 x 28 cm, which is 16 x 13 x 11 inches. It is recommended for dogs and cats up to 25 lbs. This size is suited to small pets and can be placed on the front or back seat of cars, SUVs, and trucks. The compact dimensions also make it easier to store when collapsed.

Uses and Placement

The seat can be used in a car, SUV, or truck, as well as indoors as a dog bed or in a shopping cart. It is designed to keep the pet close and secure during drives, and the raised design lets pets look out of the window. The house-like shape is intended to reduce anxiety when the owner is driving.

Event or Professional Use

For trips to the vet, pet shows, or other organised events, the seat provides a consistent place for the pet to travel. The clip-on safety leash and seat belt buckle help keep the pet restrained, while the collapsible design makes it easier to transport and set up at the destination. The neutral colour options allow it to fit with different vehicle interiors.

Everyday Home Use

Between car journeys, the seat can be used as an indoor dog bed or a dog shopping cart seat. The fleece lining gives a soft surface for resting, and the MDF board base provides support. This dual use means the seat does not have to be stored away completely when not in the car.

Benefits and Buying Value

The main benefits come from the safety features, the multi-use design, and the collapsible construction. The seat is intended to help keep small pets secure while driving and can also serve as a bed or cart seat at other times. The materials and dimensions are stated, so buyers can check whether it suits their pet and vehicle.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The seat can be used repeatedly for car trips, indoor resting, or shopping cart use. The cloth cover and fleece lining are the main surfaces the pet contacts. No specific washing or care instructions are provided in the source, so only general low-risk guidance can be given: wipe clean or follow the care label if one is present. The collapsible design allows it to be folded away when not needed.
